Francis Kurkdjian worked with ambroxan, a plant-based molecule similar to ambergris, combined with a woody note to evoke warm sand, the base material of crystal. Ethyl maltol brings a rich fire to the scent, while hedione evokes the radiance of a spring wind caressing jasmine flowers.
